PowerShares Wilshire US REIT Portfolio is an exchange-traded fund incorporated in the USA. The PowerShares Wilshire US REIT Portfolio (NYSE: WREI), seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Wilshire US Real Estate Investment Trust Index. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities that comprise the Wilshire US REIT. The Fund does not purchase all of the securities in the Index; instead, the Fund utilizes a "sampling" methodology to seek to achieve its investment objective. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced quarterly.
