iShares Russell 3000 ETF is an exchange-traded fund incorporated in the USA. The iShares Russell 3000 ETF seeks to track the investment results of a broad-based index composed of U.S. equities.The Index measures the performance of the broad U.S. equity market. It serves as the underlying index for Russell 3000 Growth and Value series and the Russell 1000 and Russell 2000 Indexes, as well as their respective Growth and Value series. The Index is capitalization-weighted and consists of the 3000 largest companies domiciled in the U.S. and its territories. Component companies are adjusted for available float and must meet objective criteria for inclusion to the Index. Reconstitution is annual.
